A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant to help expand their roofing and wall design services in Austin, TX.
Your Day Includes:
- Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
- Conducting condition assessments and preparing remedial designs for commercial and residential buildings
- Overseeing construction administration to ensure quality, compliance, and successful project delivery
- Performing forensic investigations to identify causes of water intrusion and building envelope failures
Must Haves:
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
