Role Summary:
As the Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations for new commercial roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You’ll manage crews, coordinate materials and schedules, and serve as a key link between the field and the office. Spanish language skills are essential to lead and communicate effectively with the crews.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (Superintendent-level)
- Experience with single-ply roofing systems
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership and scheduling skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
