We are currently recruiting for a Roofing Site Manager to join our team covering the Swindon area.
Role Overview:
As Roofing Site Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of roofing projects across social housing contracts.
This role will focus on:
You will act as the face of Cardo on site — managing subcontractors, liaising with residents, and ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and value.
Responsibilities:
You Will Need:
• Minimum 5 years’ site management experience within roofing or external envelope works
• Strong knowledge of social housing planned works programmes
• Extensive experience in pitched and flat roofing systems
• Experience managing roofing subcontractors and direct labour
• Sound knowledge of working-at-height regulations and scaffolding compliance
• Understanding of retrofit and insulation measures (desirable)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing resident-facing projects
