Job Summary
As a Roofing Team Member, you’ll play an important role in supporting commercial roofing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
• Assist with installing and repairing commercial roofing systems under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Handle materials, set up equipment, and prepare job sites to support roofing operations.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Participate in regular training to learn roofing techniques and industry best practices.
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate progress, issues, and concerns clearly to supervisors and team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required — training provided.
• Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Additional Requirements
• Ability to travel anywhere in the United States without restriction.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willing to work weekends and extended hours based on production needs.
