What The Position is About:
- Oversee a team of 5+ roofing sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to double in size)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven sales management experience within the roofing industry
- Experience leading a team of 10+ sales reps
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call close, in-home sales process
- Experience mentoring and growing a successful sales team
- CertainTeed, Owens Corning, or GAF product experience is a plus
