Required Skills:
• Strong sales, training and management skills
• Exceptional consultative skills, ability to articulate, inspire, project confidence, overcome objections
Experience:
• 3 years of "1 Call Close" Home Improvement sales management experience
• A proven track record in home improvement sales a MUST
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train and manage roofing sales reps to conduct estimate appointments and Sell Home Improvements
