Position: Roofing Sales Associate
We are looking for highly motivated individuals either experienced roofing sales professionals or a driven beginner ready to step into a high earning sales opportunity ā no roofing sales experience needed! We provide full training.
Ideal candidate Must Have
- Previous sales experience (roofing sales is preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
- Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
- Reliable transportation (car/truck)
What You'll Do:
- Generate leads through assigned neighborhood
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing options, insurance restoration, and the sales process
- Present estimates and close deals
