Roofing/Repair Installation Manager

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee daily roofing and repair installation operations
• Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Review job scopes, contracts, and production requirements prior to start
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with crews
• Monitor job progress and adjust staffing or timelines as needed
• Perform final walkthroughs and quality inspections

Team Leadership

• Supervise roofing crews and repair technicians
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship

Quality Control

• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections throughout production
• Address and resolve workmanship issues promptly
• Manage punch lists and warranty callbacks

Customer Experience

• Serve as a point of contact for customers during installation
• Resolve field-related concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction at project completion

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules
• Collaborate with sales, production, and administrative teams
• Manage subcontractor relationships (if applicable)
• Track labor hours and job cost performance

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct jobsite safety audits
• Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of roofing or exterior construction experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and building plans
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA certification preferred
