What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and measurements
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates
- Interpret plans, specifications, and proposal requirements
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and project managers
- Identify labor, materials, and time requirements for each project
- Assist the sales team and provide technical expertise
- Deliver proposals and follow up with clients to help close deals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or in a similar construction estimating role
- Strong understanding of roofing systems (residential)
- Proficient with estimating software
- Excellent mathematical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Valid clean driver’s license; ability to perform site visits
