Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute reconstruction projects—including roofing, exterior, and related structural repairs—while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. Oversee projects from initial evaluation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety standards, and workmanship expectations are met. Manage the entire customer experience and drive overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, scope, estimate, and sell reconstruction and roofing-related projects
• Educate customers on the reconstruction and roofing process, timelines, and expectations
• Identify, document, and validate the project scope of work, including roofing systems, materials, and installation requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, clients, insurance partners, and internal teams
• Review and prepare estimates for reconstruction and roofing projects, including supplements as needed
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope of work and pricing
• Ensure all required permits, inspections, and code requirements are obtained and met, including those related to roofing and exterior work
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee roofing crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers
• Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providers
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance
• Address job site issues, change orders, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure projects are completed according to contract, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven track record of superb customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in restoration, construction, and/or roofing project management preferred
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and weather elements
• Walking and standing for extended periods; driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work at heights
• Ability to work at ceiling heights and navigate active construction sites
