Additional Compensation: Uncapped commissions + $500/month vehicle allowance


Position Summary

A highly respected commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Reroofing Sales Estimator to support and grow its business in the Austin market. This role owns the full lifecycle of commercial reroofing and service projects—from prospecting and estimating through contract closeout and customer handoff.

This is a true hunter-gatherer sales role ideal for individuals who enjoy autonomy, building long-term client relationships, and selling technically complex roofing solutions. The organization is known for safety, quality, and technical excellence and provides strong operational support to help top performers succeed.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial reroofing and service
  • Evaluate roof systems and recommend repair, replacement, or waterproofing solutions
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects
  • Manage projects from bid through execution and final closeout
  • Collaborate with surveyors, project coordinators, and superintendents to ensure smooth delivery
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and track opportunities
  • Meet or exceed revenue and bidding targets
  • Build strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, consultants, and property managers
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and manufacturer trainings


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial construction or facility services
  • Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success in new business development and account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
