Build and maintain client and referral relationships in the Maryland Heights community.
Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events like BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and trade associations.
Partner with real-estate agents, insurance professionals, and other contractors to expand referral pipelines.
Encourage 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with leads.
Guide clients through color selections and project contracts.
Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the sales team.
3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, siding, construction, or restoration.
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Comfortable explaining insurance claims and project scopes.
Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable.
