Estimator Flat Roofing – Reading - £65.000 DOE
Our clients are leaders across the U.K. within the Flat Roofing sector and are now seeking to appoint an Estimator to the team located in and around the SW London and Reading way.
Ideal candidates will come with industry experience and understand flat roofing and pricing jobs.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- · Perform Take Off’s and prepare winning tenders
- · Site Visits
- · Utilise industry contacts to negotiate prices
- · Attend meetings with Main Contractors, clients and in house.
- · Liaise with projects teams for handovers
Estimator Key Skills:
- · Flat Roofing & Cladding Essential (Knowledge of Sika a bonus)
- · Ability to create winning tenders
- · Industry contacts
- · Excellent organisational and planning skills
- · Estimating software knowledge advantageous
A salary of up to £65,000 plus car allowance and the package is on offer including exposure to price some very exciting projects and progress a very exciting career.
