Job Responsibilities:

  1.  Manage all aspects of commercial service department
  2. Receive work orders from clients
  3. Input work order information into company CRM
  4. Schedule work with field crews
  5. Insure field crews have all required information, materials, and equipment to complete the work order.
  6. Frequent communication with clients on scheduling, conditions, required work, proposals, and reporting.
  7. Review all work from field for accuracy and quality
  8. Create service reports for client clearly showing the conditions and work performed
  9. Create service proposals and consult client when necessary
  10. Create and send invoices to clients for work performed
  11. Update all notes on work order in WCR systems
  12. Update all notes on work order in client system (if applicable)
  13. Conduct frequent inspections of company vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials. 
  14. Conducts occasional field visits or roof walks with clients

Required skills/experience

  1.  Minimum 5 years of experience managing a commercial roofing service department
  2. Familiarity with all types of roofing systems and roof conditions
  3. Familiarity with leak detection and repairs for specific roofing systems and materials.
  4. Ability to read work orders, plans, and other applicable project documentation
  5. Ability to create and edit reports and pictures to present professional reports and estimates
  6. Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast paced role demanding the ability to juggle multiple tasks according to priority. 
  7. Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Proline (or other CRM system), Company Cam, BlueBeam (or other take off software), and customer portals.
  8. Must be good with technology such as iphones, ipads, apps, laptops/computers, etc….
  9. Must have excellent customer service skills
  10. Must be committed to finding ways to solve problems and issues for customers and with field employees. 
  11. Bi-lingual is a plus
  12. OSHA 30-Hour is a plus
  13. Must have ability to calculate material quantities, labor hours, travel costs, etc…
  14. Must have valid drivers license

Compensation:

Base Salary:  $60k-$65k DOE.  There is a bonus plan that ties to revenue and profitability.
