The Staff Pad is partnering with a nationally recognized commercial roofing contractor based in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Saginaw, Texas<\/span><\/span><\/b>, to find an experienced<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Commercial Roofing Sales Representative<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader known for tackling complex, high -value commercial and industrial roofing projects across the country—including new construction, reroofing, waterproofing, and historical restoration.

What You'll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>
  • Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess project needs and present tailored roofing solutions<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Create professional, detailed proposals including scopes, timelines, and pricing<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Present and negotiate contract terms with property owners, facility managers, and contractors<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Act as the main client liaison throughout the sales process and project lifecycle<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and field teams to ensure smooth hand -offs and project delivery<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Stay current on roofing systems (TPO, PVC, metal, etc.), codes, and market trends<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h3>
    • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial roofing or construction industry<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Skilled in prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiation, and CRM tracking<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to read blueprints and evaluate job site specifications<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Self -motivated, independent, and results -driven with excellent communication skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/h3>
      • 3–5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with restoration, reroofing, or insurance -related commercial roofing work<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Experience working with general contractors, property managers, and national accounts<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in CRM software and estimating tools<\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
