<\/h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>Review plans/specs and conduct on -site inspections to determine scope and needs
<\/p><\/li>
Estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
<\/p><\/li>
Develop and submit detailed project bids and proposals
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to align estimates with schedules and client expectations
<\/p><\/li>
Source and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
<\/p><\/li>
Identify potential risks and offer cost -effective solutions through value engineering
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate records of estimates, bid documents, and revisions
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
<\/h3>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>2–5 years of experience in commercial roofing or construction estimating
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to read blueprints and use estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, RoofLogic)
<\/p><\/li>
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Preferred:<\/b>
<\/h3>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
<\/p><\/li>
Industry certifications (OSHA, estimating, or roofing -related)
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
