What The Position is About:

  • Lead and manage a team of 2+ commercial sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead sales meetings and one on ones 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with estimators, production, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution


The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience within the commercial roofing industry is required
  • Strong background in low-slope and metal roofing systems is required
  • The ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
  • P&L experience
  • Experience building or implementing a sales training program is a plus
