Location: Remote with current residency in the Las Vegas area

What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business development and manage client relationships in the commercial roofing market.
- Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent Nations Roof at industry events and networking opportunities.
- This role requires the ability to climb stairs and ladders and access rooftops as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (commercial construction or roofing preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; willingness to travel locally.
