and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Sell steep slope roofing services following the
procedures and practices established by The Company.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Generate and pursue Steep Slope sales leads<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner through
the use of CRM Systems, sales spreadsheets, and other reporting tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain appropriate and timely communications
with management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, market
trends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist staff with collecting accounts receivable
as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Help drive the culture of Legacy Roofing Services
in professionalism, safety, responsiveness, and quality<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work with management to implement new procedures
to help make Legacy more efficient and effective<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- 3 -5 years sales experience in the roofing field is
required.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated success in sales within the
residential roofing industry.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication skills and ability to
build rapport with homeowners.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Self -motivated with a goal -oriented mindset.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong negotiation skills and proficient in basic
computer applications<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Self -motivated with a proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/span><\/span>
