Your Role:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the service department, driving growth into private markets while leading and developing a small high-performing team. You'll build client relationships, oversee service delivery, and treat the department like your own business.

• Experience running or building a service department
• Roofing or construction background (service-focused experience essential)

• Able to start early—service hours run 6:30am to 3:30pm
