Sales Manager – Roofing

Panda Exteriors is growing in the Greater Philadelphia market, and we’re looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to lead, develop, and hold a high-performing sales team to a higher standard.

This role is for a proven roofing sales leader who knows how to build structure, coach consistently, and drive results in a competitive in-home sales environment. If you’ve managed roofing reps before and take pride in accountability, execution, and team culture, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, coach, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives

  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable

  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, sales meetings, and performance reviews

  • Provide direct, consistent feedback to improve close rates and professionalism

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive revenue through structured sales processes and execution

  • Monitor individual and team performance against goals

  • Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and lead quality

  • Forecast sales performance and support budgeting efforts

Customer Experience & CRM Oversight

  • Ensure a professional, high-quality customer experience from inspection to close

  • Address escalations and customer concerns when needed

  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline visibility through the CRM

Market Growth & Collaboration

  • Build relationships with local partners, realtors, and industry contacts

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams

  • Provide leadership with feedback on market trends and team performance

What We’re Looking For (Required)

  • 3+ years of roofing sales management experience (non-negotiable)

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold sales teams accountable

  • Experience managing base + commission compensation structures

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Ability to give feedback in the field and through structured reviews

  • Clean driving record

  • CRM experience

  • Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
