Roofing Sales Representative

If you have experience in roofing, storm restoration, or home improvement sales and want consistent, company-generated appointments - this is your opportunity.

At Galloway Roofing, our marketing engine and call center generate qualified homeowner appointments for our sales team. Your focus is simple: meet with homeowners, provide expert guidance, and close deals.

What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments generated by the company

• Conduct roof inspections and property assessments

• Provide detailed estimates and educate homeowners on roofing solutions

• Sell roofing systems, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior improvements

• Manage customer relationships from contract to completion

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience

• Maintain activity and pipeline in CRM

• Self generate new business through networking, events, and referrals

• Uncapped commission structure plus training ramp pay

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of roofing, home improvement, or in-home sales experience preferred

• Strong closer with a consultative sales approach

• Comfortable presenting in homeowners' homes

• Self-motivated and organized

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays (peak homeowner availability)

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
