Roofing Repair Technician – Dickson, TN

- $500 per week guaranteed, plus percentage of labor costs
- Opportunity to make well over $1,000+ per week with commissions
- Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Company-Provided Work Van (pending a 2-week trial)
- 40 hours/week, M-F 8am-5pm
- Must speak and communicate well in English
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Experience using a metal brake
- Able to follow a production schedule set by management
- At least 1 year of residential roofing repair experience
- Must be based in or willing to relocate/commute to Dickson, TN
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
