Has experience in slate and tile roofing (preferred); shingle experience is acceptable
Demonstrates team-oriented leadership skills
Is proficient in Microsoft Office
Is able to lift up to 50 pounds
Maintains a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Is comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment
Possesses strong communication skills, with experience working with both customers and staff
Takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship
Values safe and professional job sites
