Full-time Roofing Foreman

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofing Foreman to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial roofing techniques, with particular expertise in TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing systems. As a Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including planning, execution, and quality control.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate roofing crews, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure it meets company standards and client specifications.
• Material Management: Estimate material needs, order supplies, and manage inventory for each project.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
• Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of commercial roofing techniques, particularly in TPO and EPDM systems.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during projects, minimizing delays and maintaining quality.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and labor hours.
