The increased volume now requires another experienced Contracts Manager with several years of relevant Roofing experience

Requirements
The Roofing Contracts Manager will have a mixture of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Roofing both with flat and pitched roofs
This is a key role and you will be managing multiple Commercial and Industrial roofing projects.
Your role is key to the success of ongoing projects and you will work closely on Social Housing projects, for both Responsive and planned works
The ideal candidate will have good people skills to work closely with a variety of clients and Tradespeople at all levels
Can you organise Sub Contractors, Order Materials, attend site meetings and conduct roof inspections
Key roles include
- Making sure the Site Managers are aware of completion target.
- Review the build performance against budget. Always be aware of the projections & and forecasts
- Quickly pick up on delays and take action to get back on track
- Be confident to manage several projects including Commercial, residential and Industrial roofing
- Always be on top of product quality and development. Ensure they meet or exceed the company standards.
- Managing the subcontractors and internal gangs through the induction, performance appraisals and training & development.
- Produce management reports and ensure technical queries are resolved
- Offer feedback on practical and cost effective solutions.
- Work closely with suppliers, sub-contractors and plant hire companies
- Make sure all Health & Safety procedures are met within the sites.
- Liaise with clients on all customer satisfaction and investigate substandard work, and strive for quality and client satisfaction
- The position will suit an ambitious leader, with a proven knowledge of the Roofing industry who now want to progress their career.
- You will need a CSCS Card & Drivers Licence
- SSSTS Qualification preferred
- Several years Roofing experience in a Contract Manager’s role in the roofing industry.
- You will have a great track record of delivering roofing projects on time and within budget
