Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Final Measure Technician

M&M is seeking a Final Measure Technician to inspect, measure, and assess residential projects while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires hands-on field experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.

As a Measure Technician, you will ensure accurate measurements, confirm project scopes with customers, and support M&M's high standards for service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Climb ladders and traverse roofs up to 2 ½ stories tall
• Enter and navigate attic spaces for inspections
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Learn and embrace M&M's company culture, SOPs, and installation practices
• Attend internal and external training to achieve proficiency in services provided by M&M
• Apply M&M's Guidelines for Bidding when confirming project scope
• Complete and submit all required documentation within 48 hours
• Respond to internal and external communications within 24 hours
• Inspect, measure, and assess residential projects to ensure accurate and efficient completion
• Meet with customers onsite to confirm project scope and resolve any issues
• Execute Change Orders for project changes under $3,000
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed
• Assist with installations and job site visits as required
• Promote a positive customer experience and provide peace of mind with every interaction

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• 2+ years of field measurement experience in residential construction
• Basic iPad and computer skills
• Pass background and MVR checks
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs unassisted
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
