Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roof Mechanic to join our skilled commercial roofing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in performing safe, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal).

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently and accurately.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Ensure all work meets or exceeds OSHA and manufacturer standards.

• Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and team members.

• Travel to job sites as needed (per diem provided).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience required.

• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work safely at heights up to 60 ft.

• Valid driver's license

• Strong work ethic and reliability required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $22-$30 per hour (based on experience).

• Weekly pay schedule.
