A public works contractor specializing in roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal services is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer/Project Manager. Employment -based visa sponsorship, including H -1B, is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/p>
Oversee and manage laborers on job sites daily.
<\/p><\/li>Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project success.
<\/p><\/li>Interpret and understand construction plans, specifications, and related documents.
<\/p><\/li>Define project scope and allocate necessary resources.
<\/p><\/li>Prepare and manage preconstruction documents.
<\/p><\/li>Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance plans.
<\/p><\/li>Plan and supervise daily on -site activities.
<\/p><\/li>Communicate project details effectively with foremen and serve as the main point of contact.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:
<\/p>Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
<\/p><\/li>Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
<\/p><\/li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
<\/p><\/li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Viewpoint Spectrum, Viewpoint Team, Bluebeam, On -Screen Take -off, and Quick Bid is a plus.
<\/p><\/li>Prior experience in project coordination is preferred.

<\/p>Additional Information:
<\/p>The role requires 75% travel.
<\/p><\/li>Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus but not required.
