What they do

This commercial, multifamily and residential contractor offers a wide range of services including new roof installation, repairs, replacements, emergency services, and service plans and inspections, working with various roof types such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingles, tile, and metal.

What you will be doing

• Support and schedule field teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality on job sites.

• Report to leadership, attend meetings, and keep schedules, reports, and dashboards up to date.

• Track inventory, control equipment costs, and review budgets with the Project Manager.

• Coordinate with vendors, support field staff, and maintain strong communication with GCs and clients.

What we need from you

• 3 + Years of commercial roofing superintendent experience 
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality in the work
• Knowledge of both Commercial and Residential systems and applications
• Ability to travel and work out of the city.
