Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership, coordination, and direction for self-performing crews on multiple active jobsites.
- Manage daily field operations for full façade restoration scopes including sealant replacement, deck coatings, wall coatings, concrete repair and strengthening, post-tension cable repairs, and general waterproofing systems
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, budgets, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and inspections to maintain project timelines and milestones.
- Conduct regular site walks, progress reviews, and safety audits. Ensure all work complies with OSHA, company safety policies, and industry regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field supervisors and foremen. Mentor and develop crew leads and field staff.
- Interface with building ownership, property managers, and third-party inspectors as needed to maintain strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in pre-construction planning including constructability reviews, logistics planning, and schedule development.
- Drive high standards of craftsmanship and accountability through active supervision and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate field documentation including daily logs, timesheets, and progress tracking.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role managing self-performing trades in waterproofing and concrete restoration.
- Proven experience with exterior façade repair and restoration on commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of restoration scopes including sealants, coatings, structural concrete repair, and waterproofing systems.
- Experience working for a large commercial general contractor or specialty restoration firm preferred.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical product data.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously across various job sites.
- Proficiency with project management software, digital field reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certification required; other safety certifications preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
