🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, you'll be an essential part of our roofing support team - and don't worry, you will not be working on the roof. Your job is focused on supporting our roofing professionals from the ground to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Every day will be a little different, but your main tasks will include:

• Spotting team members on the roof from the ground to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. You'll be the eyes on the ground, helping keep everyone safe and productive.

• Assisting with demolition and site cleanup, including removing debris, clearing materials, and organizing work areas.

• Lifting and carrying metal sheets (30–50 lbs) and other materials needed for the roofing team.

• Preparing and organizing tools, equipment, and supplies so everything is ready for the day's work.

• Helping with setup and breakdown of job sites before and after projects.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.

• Supporting the team with other tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule.

You'll be working outdoors most of the time, so you should be comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day. You'll also need to work well in a team setting - communication and teamwork are key parts of the job.
