Pay: $30–$40 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Fireproofing Sprayer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for applying fireproofing materials to beams, columns, and decks—making sure everything is sprayed evenly and safely. Your work helps protect buildings, people, and property from serious fire damage.

What You’ll Do

• Operate fireproofing and paint pumps (Graco, Titan, etc.)

• Spray fireproofing materials to the correct thickness—no overspray or waste

• Set up hoses, pumps, and other equipment

• Work safely from lifts, ladders, or scaffolding

• Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures

• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in fireproofing, specialty coatings, or blown insulation

• OSHA 10 certification (or willing to get it)

• Experience on construction sites and a solid understanding of construction basics

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable lifting equipment and working on your feet throughout the day
