DESCRIPTION:<\/span><\/b> The general scope of work includes
performing inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial
roofs, troubleshooting water intrusion issues, and repairing a variety of
defects.<\/span> <\/span> At Legacy Roofing Services, our service
department typically works together in teams of 2. They drive/ride to various
customer locations in Akron, Ohio and the surrounding areas using company
vehicles. Each day will be a little different than the day before, and there is
quite a variety of work in this field. Our service teams may be performing
preventative maintenance, troubleshooting water intrusion issues, or repairing

and installations procedures
<\/span>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Valid driver’s license
<\/span><\/b>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reliable,
personal transportation to and from the shop
<\/span>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>No fear of climbing ladders or heights at a minimum<\/b> of 25 ft.
<\/span>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to
consistently lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds
<\/span>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work
in a busy, fast -paced work environment
<\/span>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to to run the field operating system
<\/span>â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Willingness to
follow direction set forth by management in all aspects of the job

suggestions for improvement, where needed
