The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Commercial Roofing Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>for a premier commercial roofing contractor based in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Saginaw, Texas<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This role is ideal for a results -driven professional with a strong background managing complex commercial and industrial roofing projects, including new construction, reroofing, and restoration.<\/span><\/span>

$100k -130k Base Depending on Experience<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>

What You’ll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

  • Manage full project lifecycle for large -scale commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Handle project documentation, submittals, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with project specs, building codes, and company quality standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h3>

    • 3–5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing project management<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of low -slope and steep -slope commercial roofing systems<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Proven ability to manage multiple high -value projects concurrently<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with submittals, change orders, RFI management, and closeout documentation<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong communication and organizational skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • OSHA 30 Certification<\/span><\/span>

        • Roofing -specific certifications<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>(e.g., Certified Roofing Contractor, LEED Accreditation).
          <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          • PMP certification or similar is a plus<\/span><\/span>
